DrmelaxinGlobal is proud to offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags and in its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrect
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Need a different item? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must meet the same eligibility conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
